15.09.2020  | 10:00 AM

ONLINE | FINTECH HOUSE LISBOA

Given the challenges of including the European Commission's Taxonomy in the core business of the financial sector and the expectations already known by the European Central Bank on how banks should incorporate environmental risks and climate change in their risk analysis, in what way they should change their credit portfolio to be less exposed to sectors with higher carbon emissions? Can a higher carbon tax accelerate this process?

These topics and others will be analyzed by international speakers, such as Richard Peers, founder of ResponsibleRisk and editor of Sustainable Finance at Finextra, Sofia Santos, Sustainable Finance Specialist, agents and regulators, in addition to finance industry executives. Join us on September 15 in a hybrid event to discuss developments in this paradigm, investment decisions and what challenges the financial system is facing.
